How our text messaging works, how you opt in, and how to stop at any time.

Who sends these messages

Arcan Systems LLC operates an SMS program for people who request a walkthrough of our appointment software through the booking form on this website.

Messages are sent by Arcan Systems LLC only. We do not send messages on behalf of any other business from this number.

Enter your details to schedule a walkthrough. Texting you is optional — check the box only if you want appointment texts.

The consent box is unchecked by default and is not required to submit. We only text numbers submitted through this form or our booking form.

How you give consent

You are added to this SMS program only by checking the consent box on our booking form and submitting your own mobile number. The box is unchecked by default. We never add a number that was not submitted through that form, and we never purchase, rent, or import phone numbers from any outside source.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Reminders before it starts
A link to reschedule or cancel
Replies to questions about your scheduled walkthrough

Frequency, cost, and how to stop

Message frequency: typically 2–6 messages per scheduled appointment.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.

Privacy

Mobile information (including phone numbers) collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Messaging performed on behalf of client businesses is sent from each client's own registered number under that client's own brand registration, never from this number.
