Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of arcansystems.com (the "Site") and the advertising and AI-powered lead-response and appointment-booking system operated by Arcan Systems LLC ("Arcan Systems," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or communicating with us by SMS, Messenger, or chat, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Service
Arcan Systems LLC provides appointment software and advertising services to med spas and clinics in the United States. The software runs inside each client's own account: it responds to the inquiries that clinic receives, answers common questions, and books consultations onto that clinic's calendar. Those conversations are sent from the client's own phone number and the client's own social accounts, under the client's own brand registration. Arcan Systems does not operate lead lists, does not sell contact data, and does not send messages to a client's patients from a number registered to Arcan Systems.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or to opt in to receive messages from us.
3. SMS Communications & Consent
Arcan Systems' own text messaging program is limited to people who booked a walkthrough of our software through the booking form on this Site. Consent is given expressly, by checking a box that is unchecked by default; consent is never a condition of purchase, and we never add a number that was not submitted through that form. These messages are appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling links, and replies to questions about the scheduled walkthrough — typically 2–6 messages per scheduled appointment. If you are a patient of a clinic that uses our software, any text messages you receive come from that clinic, from the clinic's own registered number and under the clinic's own brand registration — never from a number registered to Arcan Systems. Consent and opt-out for those messages are handled by that clinic.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Any figures, examples, or outcomes referenced on this Site (including response times, booking rates, or revenue examples) are illustrative and not a guarantee of results for any particular business. Actual outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including a client's market, offer, and staff follow-through.
5. Intellectual Property
The content, design, and branding of this Site are owned by Arcan Systems and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
6. Third-Party Links & Services
This Site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as scheduling, payment, or messaging platforms). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcan Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised effective date.
