You opt in only by checking the unchecked consent box on our booking form and submitting your own mobile number; consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information (including phone numbers) collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This does not include sharing information with subprocessors who help us operate our messaging system (for example, our SMS/chat platform and telecom carriers) solely to deliver the service you requested.
Messaging performed on behalf of client businesses is sent from each client's own registered number under that client's own brand registration, never from this number.
