My mother and my wife both work in aesthetics. Their clinics ran real marketing campaigns, and the leads came in — but answering them was impossible. You can't treat a patient and reply to a 9 p.m. Saturday inquiry at the same time. So leads sat for hours, and the ones left waiting simply booked somewhere else.
Knowing I build software, they asked me to fix it. I built a system that answers every lead in seconds and books it straight into the calendar. It worked so well in their clinics that I decided to bring it to the rest of the market.
The more I looked, the clearer the pattern became: this bottleneck isn't just a small-clinic problem — big practices have it too. And the tools that claimed to solve it were dated and expensive. So I set out to democratize AI — to give owners and their teams the same edge without the enterprise price tag.
Who's behind Arcan
I'm an engineer by training, with a background in databases (SQL), Python, and the web — and today my focus is putting AI to work for real businesses. Because my own family is in aesthetics, I know the industry's day-to-day pains firsthand. That's what lets me build for this market specifically, instead of bending generic software to fit it.
Technology should be accessible and affordable to everyone — including the newest and smallest businesses — not reserved for companies with enterprise budgets. That belief is Arcan.
